海外配送は《WorldShopping》のシステムを介して行います。
その為、国内のお客様とご利用規約が異なりますこと、予めご了承ください。

商品注文方法
①海外からサイトにアクセスすると、海外ユーザー専用のショッピングカートが自動で表示されます。
②《WorldShopping》バナーの「カートに追加」をクリックして、購入に進みます。
③海外の住所を入力し、WorldShoppingが用意した決済手段で決済し、注文完了となります。
※《WorldShopping》では、注文合計金額に対して10%のサービス手数料がかかります。注文合計金額 = 商品販売価格 + 日本国内の送料
お支払いについて
クレジットカード（VISA、Master、American Express、JCB）、PayPal、その他多数の決済がご利用いただけます。

配送について
出荷までの日数、日本国内での配送業者、配送料等は国内の規約に準じます。
国内向け配送業者 ： ゆうパック（日本郵便株式会社）
配送料：全国一律660円
※税込10,000円以上のご注文は送料無料
ご注文いただいた商品は3～7営業日以内に発送致します。
予約商品と即納商品を同時にご注文いただいた場合は、全ての商品が揃ってから発送いたします。
海外向け配送業者 ： EMS/Small Packet、DHL、FedEx、ECMS

返品について
お客様都合による返品・交換は対応いたしかねますので予めご了承ください。
尚、不良品の場合のみ対応が可能です。商品到着から5日以内に《WorldShopping》専用お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
※国内のお客様向けのお問い合わせフォームでは対応いたしかねます。
その他、基本的なルールは国内の規約に準じます。
■不良品の交換
・ご希望のカラー、サイズが無い場合は返品となります。
・交換は不良品で無い限り一度までに限ります。
■不良品の返品
・予約商品も不良品や不具合の場合は返品可能です。
・返送後の商品を再発送することは不可となります。

ご利用にあたっての注意事項
■海外配送の対象となるご注文
海外配送は、海外にお住まいのお客様の《WorldShopping》を通したご注文のみ対応可能です。
日本国内からの通常のご注文には、海外配送対応をしていませんのでご了承くださいませ。
■発送前のご注文キャンセルについて
《WorldShopping》が海外ユーザーの代わりに代理購入するため、一度注文が確定した後は、注文キャンセルや注文内容変更はお受けいたしかねます。この点をご理解いただき、内容をよくご確認いただいた上でご注文ください。
■クーポンご利用について
システムの都合上、ショップが発行するクーポンは《WorldShopping》を通したご注文にはご利用いただけません。大変恐れ入りますが、予めご了承くださいませ。

How to Order
①When accessing the website from overseas, a dedicated shopping cart for international users will automatically appear.
②Click the "Add to Cart" button on the《WorldShopping》banner to proceed with your purchase.
③Enter your overseas address, complete the payment using the payment methods provided by WorldShopping, and finalize your order.
※ A 10% service fee is charged on the total order amount.
Total order amount = Product price + Domestic shipping fee

Shipping Information
The shipping timeframe, domestic delivery carriers, and domestic shipping fees follow the same regulations as domestic orders.
Domestic Shipping (Within Japan) ： Delivery Carrier: Yu-Pack (Japan Post Co., Ltd.)
Shipping Fee：Flat rate of 660 JPY nationwide
※Free Shipping: Orders over 10,000 JPY (including tax)
Orders will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once they are available.
International Shipping (Outside Japan) ： EMS/Small Packet, DHL, FedEx, ECMS

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference. However, we will accept returns only for defective products. If you receive a defective item, please contact the "WorldShopping" support center within 5 days of receiving your order.

■Exchanges for Defective Items:
・If your desired color or size is unavailable, the item will be processed as a return.
・Exchanges are limited to one time per defective item
■Returns for Defective Items:
・Pre-order items can also be returned if they are defective.
・Once returned, the item cannot be re-shipped.

Important Notes
■Orders Eligible for International Shipping
Overseas shipping is only available for orders placed through《WorldShopping》by customers residing outside Japan.
Orders placed from within Japan are not eligible for international shipping.
■Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Since《WorldShopping》acts as a proxy to purchase items on behalf of international customers, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
■Use of Coupons
Due to system limitations, store-issued coupons cannot be used for orders placed through 《WorldShopping》.
